A punch is all in the hips. In this quick primer on self-defense I’m going to teach you how to throw a monstrous punch, where to put that punch, and a few other things about (very) basic self-defense.
We’ve all mostly been cooped up, so get ready to sweat! We will begin the session with about 10 minutes of moderate calisthenics. Wear whatever athletic clothing is appropriate, make sure you have enough room to move around, and a yoga mat/towel might be helpful.
